Return & Exchanges Policy

Can I return or exchanges my order?

· Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
· Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Can I cancel my order?

· I can only accept cancellations if you contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. At that point I will have already begun working on your jewelry. If you are placing a rush order cancellations will not be accepted. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

· Personalized, custom, engraved/stamped and photo jewelry orders are NOT refundable.

· Returns are not accepted on custom/personalized orders and items where it is detail in the listing.

    · Returns are not accepted on custom orders and items where it is listed in the listing.

    · Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. All items are refundable with the exception of custom, personalized custom engraved/stamped, photo jewelry items and items that are specifically listed as final sale/not refundable. All returned items must be returned at the purchasers shipping cost and must be responsible for the item until it is delivered and accepted by J Jensen Designs LLC. All items returned must be unworn and in it's original packaging.

    · You must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund minus the original shipping fees. Please contact me prior to returning any items for instructions. Returns will only be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of our communication. If there is a delay in the return, the package will not be accepted and returned to sender. All items must be in the same original packaging, unworn and condition in which is was shipped to you. Items will not be refunded if it is damaged in the return shipping. If the package is lost I can not refund any monies so it is suggested that you insure the package for the total value of the item(s).

    · If an item is exchanged the buyer will be charged a new shipping fee.

    · If an item is ordered that is incorrect then it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return or exchange shipping and the cost of reshipping the order.

    · All shipping fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

    · If an item is returned by the US Post Office: 1) the buyer is responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item back out again; 2) J Jensen Designs' is not responsible to redirect or ship an order out again if it is returned; 3) please read J Jensen Designs' return policy. 

    Shipping policies

    · FREE USPS 1ST CLASS SHIPPING WITHIN THE US ON ORDERS OVER $50

    · Please keep in mind that the USPS is currently having delivery delays. If you should need your jewelry prior to expected date of delivery (production time + shipping time) you should upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping (although, this is not a guaranteed service by USPS).

    · J Jensen Designs currently has a 1-2 week turn around time. During the holiday times lead time maybe slightly longer. Peak times during but not limited to: Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and bridal seasons.

    · If you should need your order sooner then 7-10 days to create plus shipping time please contact me first before placing your order. I try very hard to get orders out earlier but in some circumstances I may need to contact you to clarify your order. This may delay your order.

    · J Jensen Designs' ships via USPS 1st Class Mail, which has an estimated delivery is 5-7 days within The United States. Please note that this shipping delivery time frame is based on after J Jensen Designs' has created your special piece of jewelry. J Jensen Designs is not responsible for late, misdirected, or packages that are marked as delivered.

    · Please keep in mind that the USPS is currently expecting to have delivery delays. If you should need your jewelry prior to the expected date of delivery (production time + shipping time) you should upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping (although, this is also not a guaranteed service by USPS).

    · If an item is returned by the US Post Office: 1) the buyer is responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item back out again; 2) J Jensen Designs is not responsible to redirect or ship an order out again if it is returned; 3) please read J Jensen Designs' return policy.

    · For all international orders, shipping is via International USPS 1st class, customers will assume any and all responsibility for customs, duties and any charges and / or fees of your country. USPS 1st class delivery will not have a tracking number (once it leaves the United States), a delivery confirmation, insurance, or an estimated delivery date. J Jensen Designs' is not be responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered items. If you prefer to upgrade shipping please let me know and I will be happy to quote you.

    · Unfortunately, J Jensen Designs' does not have control over shipping times once the packages are accepted by the United States Post Office. J Jensen Designs' is not be liable and held responsible if the post office misdirects a package or delivers it to a different address. J Jensen Wedding's can not be responsible for lost, stolen, late deliveries, or undelivered items.
