Order Timeline –
J Jensen Designs hand crafts each piece of jewelry and is ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time since all items are hand crafted and made specifically for you.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made Pieces-
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is Pre-Made and ready to ship or if the item Made to Order before placing your order.
Both are handmade but the Pre-Made is ready to ship within 1-2 days and the Made to Order pieces are ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s)-
Sterling silver, rose gold-filled, gold-filled, brass and copper will naturally tarnish due to humidity, lotions, perfumes, and oils from your skin. Never swim or take a shower/bath with your jewelry on. With proper care your jewelry will look beautiful. As my gift to you, I’ve included a Pro-Polish Pad, anti-tarnish bag and an anti-tarnish tab to help slow the tarnishing process.
Size chart –
Please use the necklace size chart to give you an idea when ordering. Necklace lengths may vary from person to person.
To measure for the bracelet sizes- wrap a ribbon or string loosely around your wrist, mark it with a pen, measure it and add 1/2″ to 3/4″ for comfort. In the case of ordering larger size pearls or beads, you will need “to size up” because of the thickness of the pearls.

Personalized Custom Orders-
Because personalized tags are made to order they cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Please be sure to type exactly what you would like engraved and the correct spelling of each word or name you would like. J Jensen Designs may contact, you via email to insure correct spelling. If I make an error in an incorrect engraving I will gladly remake the tag. If the name, phrase, numbers or dates are spelled incorrectly on the invoice then the buyer will be responsible for purchasing a new tag/item.
Please indicate if you are purchasing a tag with:
Names, words, or phrases will be stamped exactly as written.
Latitude and longitude- N, W, E and S- before or after the latitude and longitude coordinates. If N, W, E, or S is not indicated then it will not be stamped.
Dates will be in this format with (.) for a smoother look: 1.11.11
Some items are hand stamped and may not be lined up exactly or the depth may vary. Each piece will be unique and no two pieces will be identical. Hand stamped pieces will not be the same as another piece and styles may vary due to the nature of hand stamping. Fine silver pieces may also slightly vary with the design. This should be considered the charm of having a piece individually created just for you!
Please contact J Jensen Designs if you are not happy with your purchase. All items are refundable with the exception of personalized or custom items. Please contact J Jensen Designs within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be returned at the purchaser’s shipping cost and the buyer must be responsible for the item until it is delivered and accepted by J Jensen Designs. J Jensen Designs would recommend shipping items with a tracking number and insurance. All items returned must be unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days of confirmation from J Jensen Designs. Refunds will be processed with the same form of payment less the original shipping charges.
Free 1st Class Shipping within the USA – for a limited time!
J Jensen Designs ships via USPS Priority Mail. Typically, the delivery timeframe is 2-3 days within the US but this is not guaranteed. If you wish to upgrade to a guaranteed method, you will have the option to ship via USPS Express Service. The express service is only for shipping. Please note that this shipping delivery time frame is based on after I have created your special piece of jewelry.
Unfortunately, J Jensen Designs does not have control over delivery time frame once the packages are accepted by the United States Post Office. J Jensen Designs cannot be liable if the post office misdirects a package or delivers it to a different address. J Jensen Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered items
For all international orders, shipping is via International USPS 1st Class, customers will assume all responsibility for customs, vat, duties and any charges and / or fees of your country. USPS 1st class delivery will not have a tracking number (once it leaves the United States), delivery confirmation, insurance, or an estimated delivery date. J Jensen Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen delivered to a wrong address or undelivered items. If you prefer to upgrade shipping please let me know and I will quote you.

Refunds (if applicable)-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
